Refunds & Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase then we're not happy.
1. If your order arrives damaged, or we have made an error of any sort with your order please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement or refund. We may require you to provide photographs to verify the damage or problem.
2. Where you have changed your mind you are entitled to a refund upon return of the goods to us. Please contact us immediately and we will provide you with details of where to send it. Return shipping is at your expense.
3. Returned items should be in the original packaging and with no signs of obvious use. We cannot refund you under any circumstances if you have had the goods for more than 30 days. Please also send the item back with trackable postage as we will not be responsible for items that go missing that have not been sent with tracking. Once we have verified the return of the goods we will refund you in full.
4. If an order has not arrived within 30 days, you will be entitled to a refund of all shipping costs. We may decide to send a replacement if we believe the item is lost. You will be entitled to a full refund if an order has not arrived within 60 days even if the item subsequently arrives. If we re-order for you, a full refund will be applicable if the replacement hasn't arrived within 45 days of re-ordering. To claim your entitlement to a refund you must contact us within 60 days of your order.
